Assignment Sheet
Duty:  Educational Technology Portfolio
Task Statement:  Using a form provided, create a portfolio exhibiting classroom technology projects developed during the course.  The finished portfolio must be viewable in an Internet browser (HTML document).
Criteria:
1. The Portfolio must be created in an HTML editor (e.g.: Frontpage, Composer)

2. The opening page must have the following components:

  • Title
  • Picture of the person creating the portfolio
  • Links to at least four projects assigned during course
  • Statement of the purpose of the portfolio
  • Color Background

3. The portfolio should have links to the following projects:

  • Journal
  • Mini PPT # One
  • or
  • Mini PPT # Two
  • All-Features PPT
  • Teacher's Web Page

4. This file should be saved to the same disk that has all other needed documents.
Tools needed:

1. Computer with appropriate software
Materials needed:

1. Portfolio form

2. All necessary files completed and saved
